Good morning!
Every time I write each post I get really hungry, because I usually make them a couple of days before I post it. So by the time its Friday I don’t have any. Today’s recipe is one of the easiest I have ever made, delicious and healthy. Great idea for breakfast, brunch or “just because” hahaha you know.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (so they have more flavor)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a small bowl (you can use an electric beater in this case) or a blender.
- Mix until well incorporated.

- Heat a pan on medium-high temperature and cook each pancake on both sides to golden brown color. Flip the pancake when bubbles start to explode.

- This recipe yields about 8-10 pancakes, depending on the size you cook them. I got some baby sized at the end 🙂
- Serve hot with honey or syrup, fruit, nuts. As you prefer.

Have a great weekend!
