Its getting pretty hot in some places right? So I really wanted something refreshing, something to remind me the amazing flavors of the summer, tropical fruits and nice flavors (easy and with just a few ingredients also) Perfect answer?…of course. A frozen dessert.
It is also very easy and fast to prepare.
Ingredients
- 500 ml natural unsweetened yogurt
- 300 g frozen pineapple (to make it easier, chop it in small pieces prior to freezing)
- 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
*I do not think sugar is necessary because you would like to preserve the real flavor of the fruit you are adding.
Directions
- Pour yogurt and half of the pineapple in a food processor, blender or a glass safe recipient.
- Blend until pineapple is totally crushed.
- Add the rest of the fruit and the juice.
- Blend until the mix is smooth and the fruit is all incorporated.

- Freeze for about 4 to 5 hours before serving.

- Top it with some more pineapple or what ever you feel like!
